Carrie is a watercolor artist that focuses on representational work.
To depict nature, she employs layers of texture, lines, and patterns in her paintings.
Nature's cycles are an everlasting source of inspiration for her. Carries’ paintings represent nature's beauty as viewed through her eyes. She tries to uncover natural and human parallels to portray the tale of our coexistence.
Objects are commonly used as symbols in her works.
In a world that seems to change on a daily basis, Carrie wants her work to encourage people to take a closer look at their
surroundings in the hopes of building a more meaningful connection.
Carrie lives and works in Milford Ohio.
When not creating in her home studio Carrie enjoys walking local trails with her dogs and finding new places to travel.
A portion of all sales are donated to a local nature conservancy
